Q. How long does the finish last on a building A. The durability of stain on the building depends on various factors such as the amount of sun radiation burning the walls, dust, pollen and humidity that eventually brings about mold. Three full stain coats are applied on the building and require exterior maintenance every 5years. Annual exterior cleaning helps to achieve maximum product performance.
